By accessing or using the Quill application ("the Service"), operated by Tokenshop LLC ("the Company"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Using the Service

You agree to use the Service only in ways that comply with these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions. Quill reserves the right to deny service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Quill is not a medical device and is not intended to be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by Quill is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional is authorized to provide such diagnosis or treatment. 4. Privacy and Data Protection

As a private journaling service, Quill is committed to respecting and safeguarding your privacy. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in any content that you create, upload, or otherwise submit through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to our Services, you grant Quill permission to store and protect this content on your behalf. Quill will not use, host, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, or distribute your User Content for any purpose other than fulfilling its obligations to you under these Terms.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use Quill's services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the service's functionality

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features or portions of our Services are made available on a subscription basis (“Subscription Services”). By purchasing or enrolling in a Subscription Service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Billing

   Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you or Quill cancel it in accordance with these Terms.

2. Cancellation

   You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees for the remaining term are non-refundable; however, you will retain access to paid features until the subscription period expires. For in-app subscriptions, cancellation must be completed through the applicable application store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Payment

   You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to keep it current. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors ("Payment Processors"), such as Stripe for web-based payments and Apple or Google for in-app transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable Payment Processor to charge your chosen payment method and agree to be bound by the Payment Processor's terms and conditions.

4. Modification of Fees

   Quill reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes will take effect at the conclusion of your current subscription period. You will be notified of such changes in advance, and your continued use of the Services after the effective date will constitute acceptance of the new fees.

5. Refunds

   Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed and granted at Quill's sole discretion. For in-app subscriptions, refund eligibility and processing are governed by the policies of the respective application store.

6. Free Trials

   Quill may offer free trial periods for certain Subscription Services. Unless you cancel before the conclusion of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial. Quill reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time and without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quill is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Quill reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions or any of our policies or practices, at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to abide by the Terms & Conditions, policies or practices as changed.
